I sat down with one of my most loyal employees several months ago who has worked for CHG for the last 15 years. I listened to her pain and struggle pertaining to her finances and physical state at her age and knew I had to make a change internally to support our staff from a new perspective.
If I knew what I know now 20 years ago about the state of my employee’s quality of life, I would have created more proactive employee initiative programs that would set them up for success from day one.
My team is in the process of creating multiple programs that’s sole purpose is to enhance our employee’s quality of life.
This is just the beginning of something incredible that will allow our team to grow together professionally and hopefully create a new standard in how we can uplift the restaurant industry!
